Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Grade 3-8 Spring Lacrosse

We understand that circumstances may arise that require consideration for refunds. Our policy regarding refunds is designed to be fair to all participants while also ensuring the sustainability of our organizations operations. Please review the following refund policy: Refunds Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances: - Serious Injury or Illness: A player who suffers a serious injury or illness that prevents participation for the entire season may be eligible for a prorated refund. A doctor's note or medical documentation may be required. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be approved for the following reasons: - Change in personal schedule or commitments. - Player's decision to withdraw from the team voluntarily. - Dismissal from the team due to disciplinary reasons. - Any reasons not related to serious injury or illness. Refund Request Procedure: - Notification: Notify the team management as soon as possible if you believe you are eligible for a refund. Documentation: Provide appropriate documentation (such as a doctor's note) to support your refund request. - Review: Each refund request will be reviewed by the team management on a case-by-case basis. - Decision: The decision regarding refunds will be communicated to the player or their guardian within a reasonable timeframe. Refund Amount: If approved, refunds will be prorated based on the number of practices and games missed due to the injury or illness. Processing Fee: A processing fee may be deducted from the refunded amount to cover administrative costs. Uniform Fee: A uniform fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the cost of acquiring the uniform. The refunded player may keep the uniform. Policy Acceptance: By registering with Longmeadow Boys Lacrosse, players and their guardians acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
